When can I expect to receive my order?
To keep our prices as low as possible for you, Falceri ships products directly from the manufacturer or supplier. Therefore, delivery may take a little longer than you are used to. Order processing takes approximately 1 to 2 business days. The average delivery time is 2 to 4 business days.
The expected delivery date has passed, what is the status of my order?
In most cases, orders are delivered on time. Unfortunately, orders can be delayed. Have you waited 3 days longer than the initial delivery date and still haven't received your order? Please email: info@falceri.com

When you order from Falceri, you always benefit from free delivery.
How can I pay for my order?
Falceri always offers secure payments. We use the most commonly used payment services: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Blik, Apple Pay, Google Pay, MobilePay and Bank Card.
I'm missing some products, how is that possible?
Some orders are shipped in separate packages due to weight restrictions. To ensure product quality, the items you order may come from different suppliers. If you order more than one item at a time, they may not arrive together.
Don't worry, your order is being processed. The rest of your order will normally be delivered within 1 to 3 business days.
What should I do if I receive a damaged shipment?
Unfortunately, it's possible your order may be damaged during delivery. As a customer, there's obviously nothing you can do about it. In this case, please contact our customer service department immediately by sending an email to info@falceri.com It is necessary to take photos of the claim and attach them to the email.
You cannot return the product without sending us the photos. Unfortunately, we will then be unable to find a suitable solution for you. Our customer service will process your message as quickly as possible and work with you to find the best possible solution.
This applies if you purchased the wrong product, if it is not suitable for you, or if you no longer want it.
